1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 234bd.io, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the 234bd platform, you — the user — unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 234bd. This agreement is governed by the operational policies and standards of 234bd as detailed in this document.

If you are accessing 234bd on behalf of a third party, or if you disagree with any provision contained in this document, you are not authorised to use the 234bd platform and must exit the site immediately. Continued use of any feature of 234bd.io following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

234bd reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The version date shown at the top of this document indicates the most recently effective revision.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain an active account at 234bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 234bd does not permit access to its platform by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts operated by proxy are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 234bd employee or affiliated third-party service provider.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction placed through 234bd or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

Each person is permitted to hold one registered account on 234bd. Duplicate account registration — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across the duplicate accounts.

234bd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not waive 234bd's right to subsequently investigate, restrict, or close the account if eligibility criteria are found not to be met.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

234bd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent underage gambling, money laundering, and fraudulent activity. All accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed. 234bd may also require KYC verification before processing large deposits or in response to specific risk triggers flagged during the account review process.

The standard KYC documentation required by 234bd includes the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, readable copy of a valid government-issued national identification card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate (where applicable) confirming your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the past three months confirming your current residential address in Bangladesh.

Documents submitted for KYC verification must be submitted in their original, unmodified form. Submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

234bd will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. If additional documentation is required, the support team will contact you at the email address registered to your account. Withdrawal requests remain on hold until KYC verification is completed to 234bd's satisfaction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 234bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 234bd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through its supported payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own fees in accordance with their separate terms of service.

Deposits: 234bd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your 234bd account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account. 234bd does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals are subject to KYC completion, account verification, and any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. 234bd processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable commercial timeframe. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Players will be notified via email if there is an unusual delay affecting their withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests may be declined or frozen where there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms pending investigation.
• If an account is closed by 234bd for breach of these terms, any balance attributable to irregular activity may be forfeited. Funds deposited in good faith and not subject to active investigation will be returned to the originating payment method.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 234bd offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published on the applicable promotion page at the time the offer is claimed, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each player may claim each distinct promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 234bd platform are final once confirmed. 234bd does not offer bet cancellation or modification after the point of acceptance, except in circumstances where a market is void, an event is abandoned, or a clear technical error in the odds has occurred.

Sports Betting: 234bd offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national fixtures, and other international tournaments. Odds are set and managed by professional traders. 234bd reserves the right to suspend a market at any time, limit maximum stake amounts on specific markets, and void bets where there is evidence that market integrity has been compromised.

Casino & Live Casino: All casino games available on 234bd are supplied by audited third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. • Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity or payment details.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 234bd staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

234bd reserves the right to share information about confirmed cases of prohibited conduct with relevant third parties, including payment providers, game suppliers, and law enforcement agencies, where it is legally required or justified to do so.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on 234bd.io — including but not limited to the 234bd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 234bd or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Registered players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 234bd platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from 234bd.io in any medium without prior written consent.
• Use the 234bd brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context or for any form of advertising without authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or embed the 234bd platform or any of its pages within another website or application.
• Use any automated means to collect, scrape, or index content from 234bd.io for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 234bd intellectual property will result in immediate legal action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

234bd provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While 234bd makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation of its services, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 234bd's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

234bd expressly excludes liability for:

11 Amendments & Account Termination

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Closure by 234bd: 234bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• A valid request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.

Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall prevail.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the document, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the 234bd Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 234bd in relation to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
